Chuck’s Home World

This is in reference to the posting from a few days ago.

It looks like I’ll be moving to Rohde & Schwarz, Inc. (RSI) full time at the end of April. I got word today that my current employer (CAS Severn, Inc) and RSI have worked through the necessary negotiations to allow the move to happen. I’ll still keep in touch and help out at CAS Severn (if they ask). I’ve developed a few good friends and hope to continue keeping them for as long as I can. Currently, we’re planning on playing cards every Thursday.

I’m looking forward to switching over to RSI. I’ll miss the people at CAS, but it will be good to be able to focus on a single company’s goal for a change. I’ve been working for RSI since June of 2004. I started there a couple of days after I began working at CAS and I’ve pretty much been there 2 or 3 days a week since.

We still need to work out the details of my last day at CAS, but it looks to me like it will be Friday, May 2nd.
